ACADEMIC TUTORING
Our tutors are knowledgeable and passionate about the subjects they teach. We can help with everything from homework coaching to writing papers and preparing for exams.
Academic tutoring is $60/hr for grade school and middle school students and $70/hr for high school and college students.

SAT/ACT PREP
We offer both individual tutoring and small group workshops for both of these tests. Our custom curriculum is specifically designed for high-achieving students to maximize scores in an expedited time frame.   We cover all aspects of the tests, including strategies for managing time and reducing test anxiety. The group workshops are offered in early January and mid-April and include eight hours of instruction, split into four 2-hr sessions. Our instructors, who themselves are excellent test-takers, have extensive experience in coaching students through these tests.
Individual packages are $725 for 8 hours, and group workshops are $525. The workshops take place in four two-hour sessions. Email Katie (katie@edgeuptutoring.com) for future dates and times.

Winter 2018 Workshop Dates: January 7, 14, 28, and February 4 from 3-5 pm. This workshop is focused on the ACT, but the content will cover the material tested on the SAT as well. It is capped at 8 students and is filling quickly. Email Katie to reserve a space (katie@edgeuptutoring.com)

COLLEGE ADMISSIONS ASSISTANCE
The college admissions process can be overwhelming. Our tutors who work with college applicants have taught at the university level and understand what it takes to assemble a successful application. We can help with essays, personal statements, finding and applying for scholarships, and preparing for interviews.
A four-hour package is $375, and an eight-hour package is $675.

STUDY SKILLS COURSES
Our study skills courses help students learn to study effectively and efficiently. We cover test-taking strategies, active reading, note taking, annotating, and research and writing skills. These are designed for middle and high school students.
